We also sponsor book prizes for outstanding students in ECE-related courses e.g. Ngee Ann Polytechnic's Diploma in ECE course and Republic Polytechnic's Certificate course in the Teaching of Music and Movement (Pre-School). HQ budgeted $5000 for such requests.

PCF also works with government agencies, Children's Society and PA/GROs to locate children who do not attend any pre-school but have registered for Primary 1. We then place them in a bridging programme to give them a headstart prior to going to mainstream school.
