Key Responsibilities
- Chart the centre’s direction and work towards achieving its short- and long-term goals aligned with its strategic thrusts
- Clarify PCF’s mission and values to all staff
- Set goals of the Centre to garner support from its main stakeholders for achieving the goals set
- Participate in networking, sharing and collaboration among the centre schools within the cluster to raise the centre’s performance level
- Work with Admin & Accounts Team on the day-to-day centres’ operations including finance, human resource policies and practices and optimise the use of cluster financial resources to build a strong preschool programme
- Conduct learning needs analysis for professional development and recommends personnel with potential for career development
- Enhance the image of the centre anchored upon its quality educational programmes, organisational excellence and the professionalism of the teaching staff
- Supervise centre teachers and harness their support to ensure the delivery of a meaningful, engaging, child-centred and sound curriculum in line with the principles spelt out in the ECDA ECE Framework
- Ensure that learning is supported by a conducive and safe environment where children can explore, experiment, question, acquire knowledge and skills and create new knowledge
- Take on the role of instructional leader in monitoring children’s achievement and development and using data-based trends to assess curriculum areas for improvement and growth
- Lead, guide, coach and inspire the staff to contribute their creativity, professional expertise, talents and skills towards delivering a curriculum that meets children’s needs
- Responsible for day-to-day HR activities – Recruitment, Orientation, Performance Appraisal, Learning Needs Analysis and Exit Interviews – for Senior Teachers, Teachers and Admin & Accounts staff
- Refer to the Responsibility Matrix for detailed responsibilities towards these positions
- Create a safe learning environment and to provide the best possible care to children under their charge
- To perform projects allocated by the Management
Job Holder Requirements and Qualifications:
- Qualification: Minimum 5 GCE ‘O’ Level credits with grade B4 in EL1, Diploma in Pre-school Education – Teaching (DPE-T) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent recognised by ECDA, and Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership (DPE-L) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) or equivalent recognised by ECDA, and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood
- Experience: Min. 2 years experience in a preschool setting

- Plan and run physiotherapy rehab therapy services in the Senior Care Centre (in coordination with the Centre Manager and Occupational Therapist)
- Conduct assessments for SCC clients during admission and periodic reviews
- Institute an appropriate and effective client therapy treatment
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions with the SCC care team
- Contribute to formulation and follow-up of clients’ Individual Care Plan (ICP) to ensure holistic health and care coverage
- Plan and conduct group therapy programme and activities for day care clients

- Take charge of proper documentation of therapy records.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy, qualified and registered with AHPC (Allied Health Professions Council)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in a hospital or eldercare institution; preference is for a candidate with working experience in a community setting

- Take charge of nursing care for elderly clients; including fall risks and hospitalization processes
- Take charge of medical procedures in an outbreak of infectious diseases
- Conduct client assessments during admissions and periodic reviews
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions
- Oversee adequacy of medical supplies and equipment
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing – Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board

World Aquatics Championships

PCF is proud to support the World Aquatics Championships 2025’s “Trash to Treasure” initiative, aiming to collect 2,000 aluminium cans and milk powder tins to create 100 commemorative medals.

Six PCF Sparkletots Preschool centres, including HQ will lead this effort, turning recyclables into tangible symbols of sustainability. By engaging families in this collection, we’re teaching children the power of small actions and the importance of togetherness.
