This position plays a crucial role in shaping company or divisional strategy in response to changes to early childhood operating/regulatory landscape and parents’ needs. - Manage and review existing administrative processes on early childhood related subsidy and financial support schemes for valuable group to ensure it is effective and served its objectives.
