Avocado oxidises quickly once it is cut. Only prepare the avocado just before assembling! Alternatively you can consider squeezing a small wedge of lemon over the avocado if you are preparing it in advance.
Avocado can be substituted with a slice of low-fat cheese if required!
Wholemeal bread is higher in nutrients such as fibre, vitamins and minerals as compared to white bread. Choose wholemeal bread whenever possible!
Avocado is rich in Fibre, Vitamin Bs and Monounsaturated Fat which helps to move our bowels and lower cholesterol in the body!
