Collaborating with Healthcare Partners for Healthy Aging
In 2021, PCF Sparkle Care launched Virtual Caregiver Education (VCE), a continuous outreach initiative. We aim to educate our caregivers and internal staff about common medical conditions experienced by the elderly. We have expanded this initiative beyond our immediate community, reaching out to a broader audience through collaboration with our community partners. Additionally, we’ve organised in-person talks and workshops for our caregivers and clients. These sessions help them better understand their conditions, fostering a supportive network within our community.
