OUR MILESTONES
At Sparkle Care, every accomplishment, big or small, is a gift to those we serve.
We are committed to helping our seniors reach their full potential and we are privileged to be part of their journey.
A two-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed with the Japan Society for the Prevention of Dementia (JSDP) to strengthen collaboration in dementia care.
Our fifth Active Ageing Centre, PCF Sparkle Care Active Ageing Centre @ Boon Lay officially opened, expanding our reach to serve more seniors in the community.
We introduced Microjobs for Seniors and launched Sparkle Shop, Sparkle Bakes, and Sparkle Gym — new initiatives that promote purposeful ageing and engagement among seniors.
With strong support from our community partners, all four of our Transition Grant Centres completed their transition to the full AAC 2.0 service model, allowing us to offer more integrated active ageing programmes.
We were honoured to receive the Facility of the Year – Day Care award for PCF Sparkle Care @ Bukit Panjang, and to be recognised as finalists in Operator of the Year – Active Ageing and Innovation of the Year – Rehabilitation at the 13th Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards 2025.
2025
PCF Sparkle Care @ Bukit Panjang was launched, alongside the conversion of the Tampines 3-in-1 Family Service Centre into a Senior Care Centre.
We received the Facility of the Year – Day Care award for PCF Sparkle Care @ Yew Tee at the 12th Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards 2024.
2024
Transition Grant Centres were set up at Yew Tee, Eunos, Shunfu, and Braddell Heights to bring active ageing seniors together.
2022
PCF Sparkle Care @ Eunos opened its doors, strengthening our presence and providing accessible, community-based care for seniors and their caregivers.
2020
We continued to grow with the opening of PCF Sparkle Care @ Serangoon and PCF Sparkle Care @ Braddell Heights, offering quality care and rehabilitation.
2019
Two new Senior Care Centres, PCF Sparkle Care @ Kreta Ayer and PCF Sparkle Care @ Shunfu, were established to expand our reach and support more seniors in Singapore.
2018
PCF Sparkle Care @ Yew Tee, our second Senior Care Centre, was set up to serve the growing senior community.
2017
PCF Sparkle Care @ Changi Simei, our first Senior Care Centre, was officially opened by PCF Council Chairperson, Mr Lawrence Wong, marking the start of our journey in eldercare.
2016
PCF Sparkle Care was established as a division of the PAP Community Foundation, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors through compassionate, community-based care.
