I am Adeline and I have over 20 years of experience as an Early Childhood Educator. I believe that a child’s early years lay the foundation for lifelong learning, cultivating good behaviours and a healthy lifestyle. 

As a centre leader, my mission is clear; to guide and inspire my dedicated team to enhance their skills continuously. Together, we strive to provide quality education and care for their young learners.

As a centre leader, I actively collaborate with national agencies and community partners like the Health Promotion Board to ensure nutritious meals for our children. We also collaborate with the National Library to loan books to preschools, aiming to help preschool educators and parents nurture a love for reading among young children aged 18 months to 6 years old. Sustainability is also part of our agenda. Children learn the importance of reducing food wastage in school, a skill set that they apply at their own homes. Additionally, we instil compassion, kindness, and empathy and embrace diversities in our children through participation in festive events with community partners and applying the values they learn in school.
