Our Vision & Mission

PCF Sparkletots is Singapore’s largest preschool operator and employer. We operate over 360 preschools island-wide with an enrolment of over 40,000 children.

We are an Anchor Operator funded by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).

Over the years, we started many initiatives. They aim to raise the quality of preschool education. These include offering diverse learning programmes, improving our curriculum and facilities, and providing continual professional development opportunities to all our staff.

Fees are kept affordable to ensure every child can access good preschool education.

No child will be left behind.
