I spent 13 years working as a software engineer in the semiconductor industry before transitioning to early childhood education.  I gained 8 years of experience working in private childcare centres before taking on the role of Principal at a PCF Kindergarten for 5 years. 

I hold a Diploma in ECE Teaching and Leadership and a Degree in ECE obtained through part-time study. I have also participated in many leadership and curriculum trainings to enhance my skills and knowledge.

Two of my proudest achievements in my career are leading two preschools to achieve the SPARK Commendation award, one in 2014 and one in 2018. I believe these achievements are a testament to the power of collaboration between ECE leaders, teachers, parents, and the community.
