I have been in the early childhood education industry for 15 years. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with Management and worked in kindergartens for seven years. Since 2018, I have led a team of 40 teachers in a newly established childcare centre.

My centre’s SPARK accreditation with commendation in 2022 is a testament to my team’s commitment to providing quality learning. My centre also received the ECDA Innovation Award (Commendation) for its project Art Outdoors, which aims to instil in children an appreciation for local artists by using the outdoor environment to inspire their creations.

I believe in involving families and communities in the educational process. We have partnered with the National Library, National Gallery Singapore, South West CDC, and Bukit Batok Home to offer intergenerational programmes.
