I am a dedicated early childhood senior centre principal with over 20 years of experience in the Early Childhood sector. I joined Sparkletots with a Diploma in EC in 2004. I gradually progressed with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education. I am pursuing my Masters in Early Childhood Education and will complete it by Y2024 November.

My centre achieved SPARK accreditation in 2014, 2017 and 2022, demonstrating my team’s commitment to preschool quality standards. As a centre leader, I do my best to inspire my team to continuously sharpen their skills and provide holistic education and care for young children. We actively collaborate with community partners and engage our parents in our centre events.

We are strong in our Integrated Outdoor Learning Experiences (IPLE) and always look into different teaching strategies and approaches to enrich learning and spark curiosity in our young children.
