My name is  Josephine Ho and I am a seasoned Early Childhood Educator with 30 years of experience, including 20 years in a supervisory position. My dedication to excellence has been recognized through prestigious awards, including the MOE-AECES Awards for Kindergarten Excellence for the Best Practice Award for Learning Centres (Merit) in 2010 and the ECDA Awards for Excellence in ECCE for Early Childhood Innovation (Commendation) in 2013.

As Centre Leader, I strive to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within my team. It led to my centre’s successful implementation of the “The Little Storyteller” and “The Young Media” projects, which received the Innovation Grant Project Award and the ECDA Innovation Grant, respectively.
