My name is Nurulhuda Hamidi and I have 17 years of experience in the early childhood industry. My leadership training certification from the SEED Institute (now known as NIEC) allowed me to mature from a teacher aide to a seasoned expert. My leadership has led to remarkable achievements, including a 36-month licensing in 2021 and SPARK recertification in 2023, solidifying my team’s commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

By cultivating an environment of trust, collaboration, and open communication, I empower my team members to share their ideas and explore innovative teaching methods. I recognise their contributions, celebrate their achievements, and provide opportunities for professional growth.
