My name is Norzaidah and I have 30 years of experience in early childhood education. I am also a mentor teacher who guides and supports aspiring educators. I was promoted to senior teacher and vice principal. These roles further honed my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of early childhood pedagogy. Now, as a centre principal, I oversee the holistic development of children and the professional growth of my teaching team.

My leadership extends beyond the classroom. I foster strong partnerships with parents and community members, recognizing their vital role in shaping each child’s educational journey. This collaborative approach has been instrumental in the centre’s success, culminating in attaining SPARK accreditation in 2020. This achievement highlights our team’s dedication to upholding the highest preschool quality standards.
