I joined Sparkletots as a Centre Leader in July 2022 with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education Leadership. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education with Minors.
As an educator, I firmly believe children’s emotional well-being is paramount to their development. I emphasise to my team and parents that nothing is more important than seeing children enjoy coming to school happily. My agile leadership style led my team to learn to love teaching and nurturing the children under our care.
Throughout my teaching journey, I realised how valuable and impactful a teacher’s words can have on a child. With this and a strong passion for making a difference in our children’s lives, I strove to become a Centre Principal in 2015.
