My name is Nur Amirah and I have over 10 years of experience as an early childhood educator. I pursued my diplomas and Bachelor’s in early childhood teaching and leadership while advancing to a leadership role. 

I spearheaded the Parent Support Group at my centre. This initiative empowers parents to participate actively in their children’s education. Through this initiative, parents co-facilitate centre events, fostering an exchange of skills and knowledge between parents and teachers.

I also partnered with NTUC Health Nursing Home (Jurong Spring) on the Intergenerational Programme. This program allows children to interact with elderly residents, cultivating values of respect, empathy, and appreciation.
