Hello, my name is So Kim. With a rich career spanning over 35 years, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge as an Early Childhood Educator, which has positively impacted the development of countless children.
As a Centre Leader, I take pride in guiding and inspiring my team of dedicated teachers, fostering an environment of continuous skill enhancement.
My work extends beyond the classroom. I actively collaborate with national agencies and community partners, such as the Health Promotion Board, to ensure our children receive nutritious meals.
I also partner with NTUC Nursing Home at Chai Chee to facilitate intergenerational programmes, providing children with opportunities to apply their school-learned values in real-world interactions with the elderly.
Furthermore, our involvement in KidStart, a government-led initiative, allows us to support disadvantaged families in nurturing their children’s learning, health, and development.
