As a passionate early childhood educator, I worked my way from assistant teacher to Centre Principal. I have nurtured young minds for the past 25 years. I joined Sparkletots as a Principal in 2013 with a Diploma in Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education.
In 2013, I set up a new Sparkletots centre in Punggol, starting with a team of 10, which grew to 28. I achieved SPARK accreditation in 2017 and SPARK DV in 2020, demonstrating my team’s commitment to preschool quality standards. At Sparkletots Kampong Chai branch, I achieved SPARK DV for three years in 2023.
I do my best to guide and inspire my team to enhance their skills, continuously provide top-notch education, and care for young learners. We also actively collaborate with national agencies like Nparks and NLB, community partners, and parents to provide quality learning to our children.
