My name is Ruth Neo and I have over 20 years of experience in the early childhood industry. I have devoted my career to cultivating young minds. Under my leadership, my centre has consistently achieved the ECDA Spark Accreditation, earning this prestigious recognition in 2014 and 2023.
As a Centre Leader, I have actively engaged my team in the Start Small Dream Big (SSDB) project since 2015. This initiative aligns perfectly with PCF Sparkletots’ mission and is crucial in cultivating graciousness from a young age.
