I have over 26 years of experience in the early childhood sector. I joined PCF in 1997 and earned a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Leadership) in 2012. I was among the first cohort of the ECDA Professional Development Programme (For Centre Leaders and Lead Educators) when the initiative was launched a few years ago. In 2023, my centre achieved SPARK accreditation (Commendation), a testament to to my team’s commitment to preschool quality standards.

As a centre leader, I do my best to inspire my team to enhance their skills continuously. We strive to provide quality education and care for our young learners through fun experiences. We also build solid relationships with stakeholders like staff, parents, and the community, as positive connections are crucial in nurturing children’s overall development.
