My name is Osyth and I began my journey in preschool teaching with PCF in 2009. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and an Advance Diploma in Kindergarten Education – Teaching, I pursued a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Leadership). Over the years, I have led a Kindergarten and Childcare service.
During my tenure as a Principal, my Centres have achieved ECDA SPARK Re-certification in 2017, SPARK Certification in 2022, and acquired the Licensing standards.
As Centre Leader, I actively collaborate with community partners like the Health Promotion Board to ensure nutritious meals for the children. My centre embarks on community outreach projects such as the Start Small Dream Big to instil in children the value of giving back to the community at a young age. We also support government-led initiatives like KidStart, which aids disadvantaged families in supporting their children’s learning, health, and development.
