My name is Justina Kwa and I have over 10 years of experience in early childhood education. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College.

Participation in government-led initiatives like KidStart helps support children’s learning, health, and development. The team’s dedication to using the Abecedarian Approach and seizing teachable moments emphasises strong language development and builds children’s confidence in engaging with others.

 As a centre leader, I strive to create a joyful learning environment by instilling the love of music in children, which helps enhance their creativity and cognitive development. Also, I work towards building an environment of trust and connection for parents, staff, and children to flourish together.

 I believe that “Children are like seeds; with proper care and nurturing from adults, they can grow into mighty trees that bear the fruits of a better world.”
