I’m Lay Hong and I am a professional educator with 34 years of experience in early childhood education. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College.

Under my leadership, my team at PCF Sparkletots achieved SPARK certification. I also received the ECDA Early Childhood Leader Award in 2015.

We collaborate with the National Library Board (NLB), Health Promotion Board (HPB), SparkleCare, and Kranji Primary School to extend children’s learning beyond the classroom.
