I am an early childhood educator with over 35 years of experience. Currently, I hold an Early Childhood Certificate in Leadership. In 2018, I participated in PDP(L). This 3-year structured professional development program has supported my career progression and provided opportunities to broaden my perspectives, deepen my knowledge, and hone my competencies.
In 2022, my centre achieved SPARK accreditation, demonstrating my team’s commitment to achieving the preschool quality standards.
As the centre leader, I put in my utmost effort in guiding and inspiring my team to enhance their skills to provide holistic education and care for the young.
