I have been a passionate early childhood educator with Sparkletots for more 20 years.
I began her journey as a preschool teacher and have since been recognized for excellence in teaching, receiving the Outstanding Mother Tongue Teacher Award in 2013 and the PCF Achievement Award in 2017. To further my skills, I pursued an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership from NIEC. I was promoted to Centre Leader in 2022.

Under my leadership, my centre achieved the SPARK Commendation in 2023, a testament to my team’s commitment to quality preschool education. As a leader, I value openness, trust, and collaboration. I involve my team and stakeholders in decision-making. I am passionate about guiding and mentoring teachers to develop their competency.
