I am a passionate early childhood educator with over 20 years of experience. I joined Sparkletots with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education.
Being an inclusive Preschool, we were committed to make a difference in a child’s life and ensure quality standards. As a centre leader, I ensure and support the teachers in this journey.
We strive to achieve quality care and support for those children with additional needs and work collaboratively with the parents. Every day is a learning journey on how to better our strategies to improve ourselves for the betterment of the children.
We worked closely with the Community Psychology Hub(CPH) for the teachers and myself for continuous learning.
