I have been in the early childhood sector for 20 years, with 13 years of experience as a Centre Leader. I joined Sparkletots in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and an Advanced Diploma in Special Needs and Inclusive Education. ​

In 2019, my centre achieved SPARK accreditation and the highest licensing tenure of 36 months in 2022, demonstrating my team’s commitment to preschool quality standards. I believe every child is unique and grows and develops at their own pace. ​

In school, we cultivate a rich learning environment that encourages children to discover for themselves through interaction with people and the environment. As a Centre Leader, I guide my team in providing children with a positive and nurturing learning environment and experiences. ​
