I have over 12 years of experience as an Early Childhood Educator. Teachers must cultivate a child’s interest in learning. Effective learning requires it. Teaching must be exciting and meaningful. It must grasp children’s attention so they can relate to what they learn and apply it in their daily lives.
I was awarded the Outstanding Pre-School Mother Tongue Language Award (Merit) in 2017. I received The Leading Foundation Teacher Award in 2019 and the ECDA Outstanding Early Childhood Teacher Award in 2020.
As a centre principal, I build my team’s initiatives and creativity. This prepares them to provide meaningful and exciting learning journeys for the children. Leading by example, I instil love and passion towards the children in my team.
