I am a passionate early childhood educator with over 43 years of experience. I joined Sparkletots with a Diploma in Preschool Education- Leadership.
In 2020, I achieved my first SPARK accreditation. This demonstrates the team’s commitment to preschool quality standards. In 2023, my team and I completed the SPARK accreditation at our current centre.
As a centre leader, I aim to guide and inspire my team. I want them to enhance their skills. I want them to build strong relationships with parents and the community. These connections are critical in nurturing children’s holistic development.
