I have over 10 years of teaching experience and 3 years as centre principal. I believe in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow and develop to their full potential. I lead my team with compassion, creativity and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
Working closely with families and the wider community, I derived great satisfaction from the collective effort to cultivate an environment characterised by warmth, support and encouragement. I am proud of my centre’s involvement in collaborating with elderly care centres as it contributes to nurturing compassion for the elderly among children in line with our centre’s mission.
I contribute to developing educators’ skills and abilities by assisting in their professional growth through various means such as training, mentoring and providing resources for their development.
