I hold a degree in Early Childhood and Family Education and a Diploma in Teaching and Leadership. I am also ACEY trained. I have been in the sector since 2010 and in PCF as Centre Principal since Nov 2010.
Throughout my years with PCF, I have attained the quality standards required, SPARK 2014 (Full Assessment), Developmental Visit in 2017, Developmental Visit 2021 and SPARK 2023 (Full Assessment) – this SPARK journey has kept me wanting to continually raise the quality standards of the Centre.
I develop the Centre’s strategic plans together with some key teachers vis-à-vis Teachers professionalism, continuous learning, programme excellence, teaching and learning practices, curriculum and pedagogy, governance and partnership.
I also lead in modelling Centre’s mission, vision and values and oversee the well-being of children, teachers and staff in the Centre.
