Hi I’m Jasmine and I have been in the early childhood sector for over 12 years. After my degree, I made a career switch by getting a Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

I completed my Masters in Early Childhood Education in 2023 and am currently doing my PDP-L. My centre achieved commendation SPARK accreditation in 2022.

As a centre leader, I strive to inspire my teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge through professional development. I appreciate interacting and getting to know the children in the classrooms. Through these interactions, I understand the classroom situation and support my teachers by sharing strategies with them.

Our centre also actively collaborates with national agencies and community partners. In 2023, our centre collaborated with the Singapore Kindness Movement and raised $2,000 for the President’s Challenge.
