I am Wirda Alkhatib and I have 13 years of experience with PCF and 10 years with MOE primary school. With a bachelor’s in education, I lead my team with a vision to continuously enhance their skills and provide top-notch programs for young learners.

Parent-community partnerships are vital in nurturing children’s holistic development. This is why I build strong relationships to foster a supportive environment that promotes children’s growth. I created a platform for networking and learning from fellow leaders by hosting Centre Principals from other districts because I believe in sharing knowledge.

My dedication has been recognized with the ECDA Innovation Award-Merit (Mystery Reader Program) and the PCF Promising Leader Award. These achievements motivate me to give my best in everything I do.
