I am Joyce and my journey as an early childhood educator began in 1989.  Since then, my life is greatly enriched by the opportunities to upgrade myself and the precious moments shared with the children, parents and fellow colleagues. 

I am grateful to say that till Today, I am still passionate about Early Childhood Education with a burning desire to build meaningful connections amongst the children, teachers, parents, and stakeholders. 

I am indeed honoured to be given the chance to re-visit childhood day daily and I caution myself to be Mindful as I am imprinting into their childhood days. 

My greatest achievement is when a child feels at home with me, believe that I am trustworthy enough for him/her to share his/her thoughts/feelings with me. And I remind myself constantly to always “Take a moment to Listen, Look and Learn.”
