My name is Karen Chin and I am a dedicated Early Childhood Educator with over 10 years of experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. My centre achieved SPARK accreditation in 2019.
As a centre leader, I mentor and guide my team of preschool educators to provide quality outcomes and care for young learners. I emphasise continual professional learning and reflective practice to enhance their skills and knowledge. As a centre leader, I collaborate with community partners to provide nutritious meals and intergenerational programmes that foster values and interaction with the elderly.
