I have been an early childhood education leader for 15 years. I have 18 years of classroom teaching experience in 2 private childcare centres and 4 years leading a kindergarten at PCF.

Since 2018, I have led my team to achieve SPARK accreditation, a testament to their commitment to preschool quality standards. In 2019, my centre earned the ECDA Innovation Distinction Award titled ‘World of Frame’, teaching children about stamps. The following year, I led the team on the ECDA Innovation Project titled ‘Go, Go, Goal!’ to promote outdoor sports, soccer and healthy lifestyles for their early learners and their family members as well as the community partners. In 2021, my centre also achieved the PCF Outstanding Preschool Award (Merit) in recognition of our teaching and learning contribution to the centre. In 2023, my team received a letter of commendation and a Leader Service Quality Award from PCF in recognition of their commitment to providing Go-Extra-Miles service to children and stakeholders.
