Role and Responsibilities The Assistant Manager/Manager, Brand & Communications will be instrumental in shaping and executing brand and marketing strategies, taking a hands-on approach to elevate the visibility and impact of PCF, PCFSP, and PCF Sparkle Care.
This role requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual with expertise in brand management, marketing communications, and content creation, including integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should excel in crafting compelling brand narratives, driving audience engagement, and overseeing multi-channel marketing initiatives.
A strong team player with good interpersonal skills, the candidate should be able to support team coordination, contribute to a collaborative work environment, and assist in aligning projects with the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Family Support Officer (FSO) fosters positive relationships with families, engaging in regular discussions on children’s progress and conducting home visits for targeted support. FSO will design and implement targeted programs for children and families in need, including individualised care plans, while monitoring children’s well-being and school attendance. FSO will collaborate with community agencies and maintain accurate records and reports to track child and family progress, ensuring a supportive network for parents and stakeholders.
