For 25 years, I’ve devoted myself to early childhood education with one unwavering belief: every child’s spark deserves kindling.

As Principal of PCF Sparkletots for six years, I’ve transformed teaching quality and operations – securing SPARKS accreditation, completing rigorous licensing assessments, and mentoring award-winning educators, including recipients of the MOE Preschool Outstanding Mother Tongue Teacher Award.

My philosophy centres on nurturing individuality through creative, holistic development in safe, inclusive spaces. Supported by passionate educators and involved families, we create environments where curiosity flourishes and children develop at their natural pace.
