Passion is essential, and patience is the key to becoming a competent preschool principal. This is my 41st year in PCF Sparkletots. I joined PCF Sparkletots with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education.
As a centre principal, I enjoy moving in and out of the classroom to support the teachers better and provide a meaningful environment for both children and teachers.
I take great pride in 2018, when my Centre achieved SPARK accreditation, demonstrating my team’s commitment to Preschool quality standards. I enjoy partnering with families and the community to create a warm, welcoming and inspiring environment. I also enjoy watching how each child develops and how we play a role in their development.
