With a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with Management and over 12 years dedicated to early childhood education at Sparkletots, I began my journey as Centre Principal in 2025.
Throughout my career, I’ve guided and supported teachers to maintain high standards while nurturing a love of learning in young children. As a centre leader, I emphasize safety, patience, and positivity, creating an environment where both staff and children thrive.
My team and I build strong relationships with families and our community. We believe in open communication and shared goals in helping every child reach their potential.
My philosophy is simple: “Every child deserves a champion—an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection, and believes that they can become the best they can be.”
