I am Florence Fok and I have 29 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. I also have a Diploma in Montessori studies and additional qualifications in Teaching and Leadership. In fact I previously owned and ran a Montessori Kindergarten for two decades. My centre achieved SPARK accreditation in 2022.

My experience enables me to create a culture of calmness and positivity among my team. I inspire my educators to embrace each day with optimism, ensuring that children in our care have the best environment for learning and growth.
