My 32-year journey in early childhood education began as an Assistant Teacher, sparking a lifelong passion for nurturing young minds. After eight years in teaching—armed with a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Teaching and Leadership)—I transitioned to leadership, where I’ve served as a Centre Leader for 24 years.
I believe early education lays the foundation for lifelong success. With calm and positivity, I guide my team to create an environment where children and staff thrive. Under my leadership, our centre prioritises high-quality education and fosters strong community ties. I am particularly committed to supporting children with special needs, ensuring they receive tailored care. Collaborating with national agencies and community organisations further enriches our learners’ experiences.
